It was morning.
Siya was in her room, walking back and forth, deep in thought.
“Papa’s best friend…” she murmured.
“Who was it?”
She suddenly stopped.
“Shyam uncle…”
She remembered.
Her father’s closest friend.
“He must know something,” she said to herself.
Then she frowned.
“But I don’t have his number…”
She paused for a second.
Then her eyes widened slightly.
“Diary.”
Her father’s diary.
Everything important was always written there.
She immediately went to the drawer, took out the diary, and opened it.
Her fingers flipped through the pages quickly.
Then she stopped.
A number was written there.
Beside it—Shyam.
Her heartbeat picked up.
Without wasting a second, she dialed the number.
The call rang—
Then it showed busy.
She tried again.
Still busy.
Siya sighed.
“It’s saying busy… that means the number is still active.”
She nodded to herself.
“Fine. I’ll try again in the evening.”
Meanwhile—
Aarav was sitting in his office.
Reshabh stood in front of him.
“Sir,” Reshabh said, “everything happened exactly as you planned.”
Aarav leaned back slightly.
A smirk formed on his lips.
“And?” he asked.
“It has strengthened our position even more,” Reshabh replied.
Aarav nodded.
“And our man?” he asked.
Reshabh hesitated for a moment.
“He is still gathering information.”
Then he added,
“Sir… Abhishek Mittal had a sister.”
Aarav paused.
His expression turned serious.
Reshabh continued,
“But no one knows where she is now.”
“It’s as if the Mittals erased her existence completely.”
Aarav’s eyes narrowed.
“Find out about her,” he said firmly.
Reshabh nodded, then added cautiously,
“There’s also a rumor, sir…”
Aarav looked at him.
“It’s said… that the Mittals killed their own sister.”
Aarav froze.
For a moment, he didn’t react.
Then his jaw clenched.
“How can someone kill their own sister…” Aarav murmured.
But then his expression hardened.
“What if it’s a lie?” he said.
His voice turned sharp.
“Find the truth.”
Reshabh nodded immediately and said “Yes, sir.”
Siya tried calling again and again.
Finally—
The call connected.
A middle-aged man’s voice came from the other side.
“Hello?”
Siya’s breath caught.
“Shyam uncle…” she said softly.
There was a brief silence.
Then—
“Siya?” the man said.
She froze.
He recognized her voice instantly.
“Uncle… how are you?” she asked, her voice trembling slightly.
“I want to meet you… I need answers.”Siya said.
Shyam’s tone softened and he said “I know.”
Siya’s grip on the phone tightened.
“Rajveer… and Veer…” he said slowly.
Her eyes filled with tears.
“Don’t worry, daughter,” he continued gently. “I’m with you. I’m still alive.”
Siya tried hard to control her emotions.
“Uncle… where can I meet you?”
“At my home,” he replied, giving her the address.
“I’m coming,” siya said immediately.
She cut the call, grabbed her clutch, and rushed downstairs.
She went straight to Kavita.
“Mom, I need to go somewhere.”
Kavita looked at her carefully. “Where?”
Siya paused for a second.
“My father’s old friend.”
Kavita understood instantly.
Kavita nodded and said.“Go. But come back soon.”
Siya nodded and walked out.
She got into her car and started driving.
Her mind was restless… heavy with questions… and fear and after listening to shyam uncle she realised he knows something big that's why he said like this.
Meanwhile—
Raj smirked coldly.
“So… you found him?”
Akhil nodded.
“Yes. He’s in our warehouse.”
Raj stood up slowly.
“He’s unconscious.”
Raj’s eyes darkened.
“Good,” he said.
“Let’s go.”
“I want to hear from his mouth… who dared to dig into the Mittals’ past.”
At the same time—
A tall man stepped out of the airport.
He adjusted his coat and walked forward confidently.
But suddenly, he stopped.
His assistant rushed to him.
“Raghav sir… you’re finally here.”
Raghav nodded and seeing assistant face he asked. “What happened?”
The assistant hesitated.
“I wasn’t supposed to tell you here… but our man has suddenly disappeared the one who was working for mam .”
Raghav froze and said “What?”
“Find him,” Raghav said immediately.
Then he paused, thinking quickly.
“At a time like this… Siya’s investigation will be affected.”
Raghav expression darkened.
“What if someone kidnapped him?”
A dangerous thought crossed his mind.
“…the Mittals.”
Raghav clenched his jaw.
“No assumptions,” he said sharply. “Just find him.”
The assistant nodded.
Raghav stepped forward with urgency.
Because now—
Things were no longer just a hidden investigation.
They were turning into a dangerous game.
Siya had noticed it over the past few days—her man, the one who was investigating the Mittals, hadn’t called her. She tried reaching him several times, but there was no answer.
Today, while driving, she called him again—but his phone was switched off. She sighed, telling herself he must be busy. Her mind, however, kept returning to her plan: meeting her father’s best friend. He had always known something important, and Siya felt he might finally have the answers she needed.
She reached Shyam’s house, her heart pounding.
The door opened, and Shyam stepped out. The moment their eyes met, he wrapped her in a hug. Siya broke down completely, tears streaming as she clung to him.
“Don’t cry, daughter,” Shyam whispered, his hand patting her back gently. “I’m here. I knew you’d come.”
“Uncle… tell me everything,” Siya choked out between sobs. “The Mittals… they’ve taken everything from us. And… I just learned… my mother… she was a Mittal.”
Shyam guided her to sit and gently wiped her tears. He took a deep breath, knowing the truth he was about to reveal would shake her even more.
“Your father… he was my best friend,” Shyam began, his voice heavy with emotion. “And you… you deserve to know everything beta ”
