Part 56

Reshabh nodded. “I understand, sir.”

“I want everything… as soon as possible,” Aarav said firmly.

Reshabh gave a short nod and left.

Siya was sitting quietly, lost in her thoughts.

Her phone buzzed.

She picked it up absent mindedly and then froze.

“Goenka Group becomes more powerful…”

Her eyes moved quickly across the screen as she read the entire report.

A faint smile appeared on her lips.

She hadn’t expected this.

The Mittals had tried to shake the empire…

but Aarav had handled everything calmly, turning it in his favor.

Siya placed her phone aside, lowering her gaze.

“Whatever it is, Mr. Goenka…” she murmured softly,

“…you’re intelligent.”

For a moment, her mind drifted to him—

the way he had pinned her against the wall, the intensity in his eyes…

Her heartbeat skipped.

She immediately turned her face away, shaking her head.

“No…” she whispered, almost to herself.

Her expression hardened.

She picked up the photographs of Akhil and Raj Mittal.

Her fingers tightened around them.

“We’ll meet soon,” she said, a cold smirk forming on her lips.

The next second, she burned the photographs.

The flames flickered, reflecting in her eyes.

Then her gaze shifted to a photo frame nearby.

Her hand softened as she picked it up.

It was her… with her father and her brother.

Her fingers gently traced their faces.

“I miss you so much…” she whispered, her voice breaking.

A tear slipped down, but she didn’t wipe it away this time.

“But I promise…” she continued, her tone turning firm,

“I will take your revenge, Papa.”

Her grip tightened on the frame.

“No matter what it takes.”

Siya was sitting with Paakhi when Kavita walked in and joined them.

Siya leaned back slightly and said casually,

“But honestly, Paakhi… clubs are the best. I used to go quite often with my friends.”

Paakhi looked at her curiously.

“Clubs are… interesting places,” Siya continued, her tone slightly different now.

“You meet the kind of people you’re actually looking for.”

Paakhi paused.

“But bhabhi… bhai doesn’t like clubs at all.”

Siya sighed lightly.

“What can I say? We go there to enjoy… not for anything else.”

“Oh… that must be fun,” Paakhi said softly.

Siya nodded.

Paakhi lowered her gaze, unsure.

“Don’t worry,” Siya added, smiling faintly, “I’ll take you sometime.”

“But bhai…” Paakhi hesitated.

Siya turned to Kavita.

“Mom, please… we’ll just go and come back. Nothing else.”

Kavita paused.

“Mom will agree,” Paakhi said nervously, “but bhai…”

Siya smirked slightly.

“Don’t worry. We’ll go on a day when your brother isn’t in the city.”

Paakhi froze.

Kavita looked unsure, but Siya spoke again, softer this time.

“Mom, please… it’s the age to enjoy. You trust me, right? Nothing will happen. We’ll go and come back soon.”

Kavita hesitated… then slowly nodded.

Paakhi’s face lit up with a small smile.

“See? We’ll go soon,” Siya said.

Aarav entered.

He caught the last part.

“We’ll go?” he repeated. “Where?”

Paakhi stiffened.

But Siya answered calmly, without missing a beat.

“A new restaurant.”

Aarav looked at her for a moment, as if trying to read her.

Before he could say anything, his phone buzzed.

He stepped out to take the call.

Paakhi exhaled and said “Bhabhi… you are—”

“I know what I’m doing,” Siya said calmly.

Siya stretched slightly and said, almost casually on a question.

“Bikes… ahh, I love bikes.”

Aarav who was about to leave, paused for a second.

“From the beginning, I’ve loved bikes… and their riders,” Siya continued with a light smile.“Oh my God…”

Paakhi laughed nervously.

“Oh… but you know, Aarav bhai doesn’t like bikes.”

Siya sighed dramatically.“Your brother is just like that.”

Aarav heard it.

His expression hardened slightly… but he said nothing and walked away.

Siya was in her room, getting ready.

Paakhi walked in.

“Bhabhi…”

Siya turned. “Paakhi? Where’s Mom?”

“She went out somewhere,” Paakhi replied. “Are you going out too?”

Siya nodded.

“Yes… I’m meeting a college friend. It’s been a long time.”

Paakhi nodded. “Okay.”

Siya smiled slightly. “Do you want to come?”

Paakhi shook her head.

“No, you go. I’ll stay.”

Siya nodded and left.

She sat in her car.

Her phone buzzed.

She glanced at the message.

“XX Club.”

“So… it’s XX Club,” she murmured, starting the car.

After some time, she reached a cozy restaurant.

She stepped inside… and her eyes found him instantly.

Raghav.

He saw her and smiled.

She smiled back.

Walking toward him, she sat down across from him.

“How are you?” he asked warmly. “Tell me… what do you want to eat?”

Then he smirked slightly.

“Chilli potato, right? Your favorite.”

Siya smiled faintly and said “You still remember?”

“I remember the only dish you used to order wherever our group went,” he said lightly.

A soft nostalgia passed between them.

“Those days were the best…” Siya murmured.

Raghav nodded and said “Hmm… they were.”

“Anyway, I’ll order,” he said, picking up the menu.

He placed the order and then looked at her, his expression turning serious.

“Now tell me, Siya…” he said gently,

“what happened?”

“You know everything now, right?”

Siya nodded.

Her eyes turned slightly teary, but she held herself together.

“Raghav…” she said softly,

“I never imagined this…”

Aarav was sitting in his office when Reshabh walked in.

“Sir…”

Aarav looked up. “What is it?”

“Sir… ma’am has gone somewhere.”

Aarav immediately stood up.

His mind flashed back to her—

her tears… her broken voice… the way she had pushed him away.

Something wasn’t right.

“Let’s go,” Aarav said instantly.

Reshabh nodded.

Siya sat across from Raghav, her fingers trembling slightly.

“Raghav…” she began.

He looked at her, sensing the weight in her voice.

“My mother…” she paused, her throat tightening,

“…was Abhishek Mittal’s sister.”

Raghav froze.

He had expected something serious.

But not this.

Siya’s voice broke as she continued,

“And… Abhishek Mittal killed her.”

Silence.

Heavy. Suffocating.

Raghav couldn’t process it for a moment.

“Siya…” he said softly, “it’s okay… don’t cry. I’m here.”

She nodded, quickly wiping her tears.

Meanwhile—

Reshabh was driving.

Aarav sat beside him, restless.

His fingers tapped against his knee, his thoughts racing.

She knows something…

That’s why she was crying…

Otherwise, Siya would never break like that…

His jaw tightened.

It’s something big.

Back at the restaurant—

Siya looked at Raghav, her eyes no longer just filled with pain… but something darker.

“Now,” she said quietly,

“I just want revenge.”

Raghav held her gaze for a moment.

Then he nodded.

“I’m with you.”

From the very beginning, Raghav had stood by her side—

helping her, giving his men to find information about the Mittals.

And now… he knew.

This wasn’t just a fight anymore.

This was war.
