Part 59

It was Friday morning.

Aarav had already left for his meeting.

Siya woke up and glanced around.

He was gone.

For a moment, she just lay there… then whispered,

“Good.”

She picked up her phone and called Raghav.

“Everything is prepared,” he said.

“Okay,” Siya replied.

“Are you coming?” she asked.

Raghav hesitated and said “I wanted to… but my mother has invited me for dinner.”

Siya paused for a second then said “It’s fine. Don’t worry.”

“Don’t worry about anything,” he assured her.

“My men will be there. If something happens, they’ll protect both you and Paakhi.”

Siya nodded slightly and said “Okay.”

Then she added softly,

“Enjoy dinner with your mom.”

Raghav smiled faintly and hung up.

Siya took a deep breath.

“I’m ready,” she whispered to herself.

Evening—

Paakhi stood in front of the mirror, excited.

She wore a black mini dress, her hair left open, a bright smile on her face.

“Yeah… I’m ready!” she said happily.

Without wasting a second, she rushed to Siya’s room.

“Bhabhi—”

She stopped at the door.

And froze.

Siya stood in front of the mirror.

She was wearing a crop top with a mini skirt, layered with a jacket.

Her hair was left open, falling effortlessly over her shoulders.

Minimal makeup—just enough to enhance her features.

She looked…

Beautiful.

Sharp.

Cute… yet deadly.

There was something about her presence—

a quiet confidence, a dangerous calm.

A main character energy that couldn’t be ignored.

Paakhi stood at the door, completely stunned.

“Bhabhi… you look… gorgeous,” she said, almost speechless.

“I can’t even explain…”

Siya smiled faintly.

Paakhi sighed dramatically and said “I really wish bhai could see you like this… he would faint for sure.”

Siya rolled her eyes lightly and said “Oh please, Paakhi…”

Paakhi giggled then said “But it’s okay… because bhai would never let us go to a club like this anyway.”

Siya’s smile faded into something more subtle.

“Yes,” Siya said softly.

“No hurdles today.”

Paakhi nodded, excited.

Siya slipped into her heels, her expression turning calm… focused.

“Let’s go,” she said.

And with that—

They walked out.

Not knowing…

The night ahead wasn’t just about fun.

It was about to change everything.

Bhabhi, let’s go tell Mom,” Paakhi said excitedly.

Siya hesitated and said “Oh Paakhi… you told her, right? I’ll just take the car.”

“No, you’re coming with me,” Paakhi insisted.

Siya shook her head.

“No… look at me, I’m dressed like this ..—”

“It’s okay, Mom won’t say anything,” Paakhi said, grabbing her hand.

Before Siya could refuse again, Paakhi pulled her along.

Siya sighed but followed.

They reached the living room.

Kavita was sitting there.

Paakhi stepped forward.

“Mom, we’re going to a restaurant.”

Siya glanced at paakhi behind her.

“A restaurant?” Kavita raised an eyebrow.

“Like this?”

Then kavita smiled slightly.

“Siya, come here. Why are you hiding?”

Siya sighed softly and stepped beside Paakhi.

Kavita looked at her… and her expression softened.

“You’re looking beautiful,” kavita said warmly.

Siya blushed faintly.

“So,” Kavita continued, amused,

“you’re both going to a club, right?”

Siya quickly spoke,

“Mom, trust me. We’ll come back soon.”

Paakhi nodded eagerly.

Kavita smiled.

“Okay, fine. But Siya…” she added playfully,

“you’re very mischievous. You chose the exact day when Aarav is not in the city.”

Paakhi turned her face away, trying to hide her smile.

Siya froze for a second.

She had been caught.

Kavita laughed softly.

“But it’s okay.”

Her tone turned gentle.

“Siya, you’re just like Paakhi for me. Wear whatever you want… I don’t mind. I only care about your happiness.”

Siya’s expression softened.

“Thank you, Mom,” siya said quietly.

“Go, enjoy. And come back soon.”Kavita said .

They stepped outside.

Paakhi was smiling, full of excitement.

But Siya…

She was quiet.

Her heart was racing.

This wasn’t just a night out.

This was it....

She glanced at her phone.

“Everything is arranged.”

Siya’s eyes hardened slightly.

She nodded to herself, got into the car, and Paakhi sat beside her.

And then—

She started driving.

Towards the night that would change everything.

Siya started driving.

Paakhi sat beside her, smiling brightly, completely excited.

Siya glanced at her.

“What happened?” Paakhi asked.

“Nothing,” Siya said softly.

A moment passed.

Then, casually, Siya added—

“Paakhi… if anything happens there… just run, okay?”

Paakhi looked at her, then frowned slightly.

“No. We’ll run together.”

Paakhi winked playfully.

Siya smiled faintly and nodded.

Paakhi leaned back, grinning.

“And bhabhi… even if I accidentally leave you—”

She paused dramatically.

“Bhai won’t leave me,” Paakhi said, laughing. “And I’m honestly scared of him.”

Siya sighed, but a small smile appeared on her lips.

“Paakhi you…”

Paakhi just laughed again, carefree.

But Siya’s grip on the steering wheel tightened slightly.

Her eyes stayed on the road.

Focused.

Because for her—

This wasn’t a joke.

They reached.

The moment Siya stepped inside with Paakhi—

Heads turned.

Eyes followed them.

The music was loud, the lights dim and shifting, people dancing

not too wild, but enough to fill the place with energy.

Paakhi looked around, slightly overwhelmed.

Siya gently squeezed her hand.

“I’m here,” siya said softly.

“Tell me… what do you want? Dance or drink?”

Paakhi hesitated.

“I’ve never had a drink…”

Siya smirked faintly.

“Then today… you will.”

Just then, a few girls approached Siya.

“Hey!” they greeted, hugging her.

Siya smiled.

“This is Paakhi… my sister.”

Paakhi smiled politely.“Hi…”

“Don’t worry,” Siya added, “they’re my college friends. They’ll stay with us whole time here.”

Paakhi nodded.“Oh… okay.”

They all moved toward the bar.

Siya’s gaze shifted for a moment.

Two men stood at a distance.

She looked at them.

They nodded slightly.

She turned away calmly.

Around the place, a few other men were casually seated—

but their attention was sharp.

Raghav’s men.

Watching.

Protecting.

The waiter placed the drinks.

Siya picked one and handed it to Paakhi.

“Try.”

Paakhi looked unsure… but curious.

Paakhi took a small sip.

Her face immediately changed.

“It doesn’t taste good…”

Siya chuckled lightly.

“That’s because it’s your first time.”

Paakhi nodded, still making a face… but took another sip.

“You know,”Paakhi added casually,

“bhai has never even touched alcohol.”

Siya paused.

A faint, almost unnoticeable smile appeared on her lips.

Something about that… made her feel—

Proud.

But she quickly looked away.

Because tonight—

She wasn’t here to feel anything

And then Something shifted.

Siya felt it.

Her senses sharpened instantly.

She turned her gaze toward the entrance.

And then—

She saw him.

Akhil Mittal.

He had just walked in, accompanied by a few men.

For a second, Siya’s expression stilled.

Akhil paused too, sensing someone’s gaze on him.

He looked up.

Siya immediately turned her face away.

Akhil frowned slightly, a hint of curiosity crossing his face…

but he ignored it and moved ahead, settling on a couch.

Siya exhaled slowly.

Then she looked at Paakhi.

“Won’t you dance?” she asked casually.

Paakhi shook her head.“No…”

“Come on,” Siya insisted.

Paakhi hesitated again.

“Okay, fine,” Siya said, adjusting quickly.

“At least stand there and enjoy. I won’t let you stand alone.”

Paakhi nodded.

They moved closer to the dance floor.

Siya’s friends joined them, around them especially paakhi.

Not too obvious.

But protective.

Carefully positioned where they wouldn’t be easily noticed—

Especially by Akhil.

Because if he recognized Siya or Paakhi…

It would be dangerous.

And That’s why Raghav had already placed his men.

Ready.

Watching.

Prepared for anything.

The music grew louder.

The beats intensified.

Lights flashed.

Siya’s friends started moving with the rhythm.

Paakhi smiled, slowly relaxing.

“Just enjoy,” Siya said softly.

After a while—

The music hit a high beat.

Siya leaned closer to Paakhi.

“You stay here,” siya said quietly.

“I’ll be back.”

And without waiting for a reply—

Siya stepped away.

Paakhi nodded and said “Come soon.”

Siya didn’t reply.

She had already walked away.

Siya reached the bar counter.

From there… she had a clear view.

Akhil was sitting on the couch, casually talking to his friend.

As if he was just another normal man there.

As if he had never killed anyone.

As if he hadn’t taken away everything from her.

A girl approached Akhil.

Akhil smirked.

“Not today. I’m getting engaged soon.”

The girl pouted.

“Oh? So you’ll forget me?”

Akhil chuckled.

“How can I? After this party… maybe.”

The girl smiled.

Akhil smirked again.

Siya looked at him.

Her eyes turned cold.

This man…

The same man who had killed her informant.

Who had destroyed lives without a second thought.

Her jaw clenched.

She turned her face away.

A man nearby kept staring at Siya.

She noticed.

But the moment their eyes almost met—

He looked away.

The waiter placed two glasses on the counter.

Siya’s fingers moved swiftly.

From her clutch, she took out a small packet.

In one smooth motion—

She poured the powder into one of the glasses.

No one noticed.

Her voice was calm.

“This one… to him.”

The waiter nodded and walked away.

Siya stepped back, watching from a distance.

Every second felt heavier.

The waiter reached Akhil.“Sir, this is for you.”

Akhil frowned slightly and said “I can take it myself.”

“Sir, this one is special,” the waiter said politely.

“You come here often… so it’s my responsibility.”

Akhil looked at the glass… then nodded.“Okay.”

His friend laughed.

“Oh come on, just drink it Akhil.”

Akhil picked up the glass.

Siya’s breath slowed.

This was it.

The moment she had been waiting for.

He lifted the glass closer to his lips
