Aarav continued riding along the highway.
Cool wind rushed past them while the city lights blurred in the distance.
Behind him, Siya still held onto him quietly.
Suddenly, his phone started buzzing.
Siya heard it immediately.
“Your phone is ringing.”
“Let it.”He said.
She frowned slightly and said “Pick it up.”
Aarav sighed softly before slowing the bike and stopping at the side of the road.
He took out his phone.
Siya thought he would answer it.
But instead—
He switched it off completely.
She blinked in surprise.
“You switched it off?”
Aarav looked at her for a second and said “Yes.”
Then a faint smile appeared on his lips as he said “No hurdles today.”
Siya paused.
Something about those words affected her more than it should have.
She slowly looked around.
Vehicles sped past them on the highway.
Then her eyes landed on a black car moving ahead.
A mischievous spark appeared in her eyes.
“Hey,” she said suddenly, pointing ahead.
“Overtake that black car.”
Aarav glanced toward it.
It was quite far ahead.
He looked back at her and said “You want to test my skills already?”
Siya smirked slightly.
“Show me.”
Aarav shook his head with a faint laugh.
Then he said quietly—
“Hold me tightly.”
But Siya ignored the warning.
She kept only a light grip on him.
—
The next second—
Aarav twisted the throttle.
The bike shot forward at high speed.
Siya’s eyes widened instantly.
The sudden speed made her panic for a second and she immediately wrapped her arms tightly around his waist.
Aarav smiled.
The wind hit harder now.
The road blurred beneath them.
And Siya held onto him tightly the entire time.
Within minutes—
They overtook the black car.
Aarav slowed slightly and glanced back.
“Well?”
Siya smiled brightly without realizing it.
“You actually did it.”
Then she nodded proudly.
As if she had won something herself.
And hearing that—
Aarav smiled too.
Finally—
Aarav slowed the bike and stopped.
Siya stepped off first and removed her helmet.
Then she froze.
A lounge bar stood in front of her, glowing softly under the night lights.
She immediately turned toward him.
Aarav parked the bike calmly before walking up to her.
“Come,” he said simply.
Siya stared at him.
“A bar?”
Aarav didn’t answer.
Instead, he gently held her hand and started walking inside.
For once—
She didn’t pull her hand away.
They entered.
Soft music played faintly in the background.
Dim golden lights spread across the elegant space.
But something felt strange.
Siya looked around carefully.
There was no one there.
Not a single customer.
She frowned slightly.
“Why is no one here?”
Aarav looked at her calmly.
“Because it’s booked.”
She blinked.
“You booked the entire place?”
“Yes.”
Siya stared at him silently.
And slowly—
Realization started settling inside her.
He hated bars.
He hated drinks.
He hated this entire environment.
Yet—
He still brought her here.
Not to stop her.
Not to fight with her.
But because she liked it.
Her heartbeat softened unexpectedly.
And Aarav simply stood there, looking at her quietly.
As if waiting for her reaction mattered more than anything else.
Their eyes met.
And immediately—
Siya turned her face away.
She started walking further inside, trying to hide the effect he was having on her.
But Aarav noticed.
A faint smile appeared on his lips.
Because for the first time—
His efforts were reaching her.
He quietly walked behind her.
Meanwhile, Siya’s heartbeat refused to calm down.
Then she suddenly turned toward him and said,
“You’re seriously mad.”
Aarav raised an eyebrow slightly.
“You booked the entire lounge?”
“Yes.”he replied.
“Why would anyone do that?” she muttered.
Aarav looked straight at her.
“Only for you.”
And once again—
Her heart skipped.
Aarav slowly stepped closer.
Closing the distance between them.

Siya froze slightly.
The air between them suddenly felt heavier.
“Don’t you like it?” he asked softly.
“Huh…?”
She could barely think properly anymore.
Because her mind kept replaying everything.
He hated bars.
Yet he brought her here.
He hated bikes.
Yet he learned riding one for her.
He always dressed formally.
Yet tonight he looked exactly like the kind of man she once said she liked.
Even the dress she was wearing
He had chosen it himself.
Every little thing suddenly connected together.
And for the first time—
Siya truly realized how deeply this man loved her.
Without demanding anything in return.
Then Siya simply nodded softly.
“You do too much, Mr. Goenka…”
Aarav looked at her calmly.
“For you?” he said quietly.
“Maybe not enough yet.”..
And once again—
Her heartbeat betrayed her.
Before she could respond, her phone suddenly buzzed.
Relieved by the distraction, she immediately reached for it.
“Wait—”
But before she could check it, Aarav smoothly took the phone from her hand.
“Hey!” she protested instantly.
“Give it back.”
“Not today.”
“What if Mom is calling?”
“She knows we’re here.”he said.
“Then maybe Paakhi—”
“She knows too.”He replied
Siya sighed dramatically and stretched her hand toward him.
“Okay, fine. Now give it back.”
Aarav only shook his head slightly.
Siya pouted unconsciously.
And the moment he saw that expression—
He gave the phone back immediately.
She blinked.
Then smiled victoriously before stepping back slightly.
“You’re trying very hard.”
Aarav slowly walked toward her again.
The distance between them disappeared once more.
“Is it working?” he asked softly.
Siya paused.
Her cheeks instantly turned pink.
She immediately turned her face away before he could notice.
But of course—
He already had.
“What?” he asked, a faint smile playing on his lips.
“Nothing,” she muttered quickly.
Then, trying desperately to distract herself again, she said,
“Okay… now I want a drink.”
“Okay.”
Both of them walked toward the counter.
But Siya’s heartbeat still refused to calm down.
She kept looking everywhere except at him.
Anywhere but his eyes.
Because if she looked at him any longer—
She was scared he would see everything she was trying so hard to hide.
The bartender placed two drinks in front of them.
“Here, sir… ma’am.”
Siya picked hers up first and started sipping it casually.
The bartender glanced at Aarav
“Sir, should I make something else for you?”
Aarav shook his head lightly and said “No need. I don’t drink.”
The boy paused awkwardly.
Before he could say anything, Siya spoke calmly,
“Don’t worry. I’ll drink enough for both of us.”
The bartender blinked in surprise.
Meanwhile—
Aarav simply smiled while looking at her.
Siya could feel his gaze on her the entire time.
But she pretended not to notice.
Because if she reacted—
He would understand everything immediately.
Still…
One thought kept repeating in her mind.
He really loves me this much…
Lost in her thoughts, she kept sipping her drink absentmindedly.
Until finally—
The glass became empty.
And she didn’t even realize it.
She was still holding it quietly when Aarav gently took it from her hand.
“It’s over,” he said softly.
Siya blinked and looked at the empty glass.
“Oh.”
Aarav placed another drink in front of her.
“Here.”
She frowned slightly.
“Why?”
“You wanted to drink, right?”
She shook her head immediately.
“No. I don’t want to drink anymore.”
Aarav raised an eyebrow faintly.
“But you just said—”
“Don’t order for me,” she interrupted quickly.
“I’ll drink when I want.”
Instead of getting annoyed—
Aarav smiled softly.
“Okay, fine.”
Then he leaned slightly against the counter and looked at her carefully.
“You’re thinking about something.”
A brief pause.
“Tell me too.”
And somehow—
The softness in his voice affected her more than anything else tonight.
Siya looked at him quietly.
“Nothing.”
Aarav narrowed his eyes slightly.
“No,” he said softly.
“You were definitely thinking about something.”
Then after a brief pause, he added—
“…About me, right?”
Without realizing it—
Siya nodded lightly.
And the moment she did—
She froze.
Aarav smirked instantly.
Siya looked away in embarrassment.
Then, trying to change the topic quickly, she asked,
“But tell me one thing…”
He hummed softly.
“When did you learn biking? Only because of me?”
Aarav looked at her for a moment before nodding calmly.
“Recently.”
Siya blinked slightly.
“Oh.”
And for some reason—
That simple answer affected her more than she expected.
Just then, soft music started playing in the background.
Siya’s eyes lit up instantly.
A small smile appeared on her lips.
“It’s my favorite song.”
Aarav watched her quietly for a second.
Then he extended his hand slightly toward her.
“Dance with me.”
Siya immediately shook her head.
“No… it’s okay.”
Aarav looked at her questioningly.
Siya glanced away.
“I just want some fresh air.”
Without arguing, Aarav gently held her hand.“Okay.”
As they walked away from the counter, one of the staff members spoke politely.
“Sir, the rooftop is open too.”
Aarav nodded once and led Siya upstairs.
Both of them reached the rooftop.
And Siya paused.
Soft lights decorated the space lightly.
Not overly fancy.
Just calm… beautiful… peaceful.
The cool night breeze brushed against her face as she slowly walked toward the railing.
She looked down at the glowing city lights silently.
A moment later—
Aarav came and stood beside her.
“Better now?” he asked quietly.
Siya nodded softly.
“Yes.”
And for the first time in many days—
Her mind actually felt calm.
